The design of a company-wide sales kickoff in Lisbon: stage, signs, print, merch and evenings, all from one system.
Context
Coralogix's yearly sales kickoff brought the whole company together in Lisbon in 2025, for a week that had to feel like one story, under one idea: Good people. Bigger things. together.
I designed everything people saw and touched: the venue and stage screens, wayfinding, printed pieces, merchandise and the evening events.
Decisions
The week needed one identity that worked on a stage screen and on a lanyard. A mint plate, lilac and deep navy, with the Lisbon bridge as the landmark, covered both.
The presentation template gives every speaker the same system, so the keynote looks like one story instead of many decks.
Merch
Gifts people actually wear: tees with a Lisbon sardine tin, socks, stickers, wristbands, keychains and notebooks, all drawn from the same shapes.
Moments
The kickoff cocktail, a night of Skones and a Mirami street-food afternoon each got their own look, kept inside the same family.
Takeaways
A week that felt designed from the first sign at the airport to the last toast, with one system across more than twenty touchpoints.
An event is a product people live inside for a few days. One small system, applied everywhere, did more than any single big piece.
